I think Mayella would fear being talked about in Maycomb because she slept with a black man. That runs against how things were back then in the 1930s. I think they may consider her as a trader if she would have admitted to sleeping with him. I believe her father would be mad and would have tried to kill Tom Robinson even though it was his daughter who tried.
I think Mayella would fear her personality as a young lady to be disrespected and treated with no respect, and when you don't respect yourself you wouldn't get respect from no one else.
